Saturday Cathy and I made Triple Chocolate Mousse Cake. It was pretty fun and it looked awesome. It was kind of time consuming though. We started about twelve-thirty and ended around four-thirty. It was so time consuming that I had to leave before it was done setting, but Cathy, being amazing and all, saved me a TON!
We were all set up for a day of berry picking and jam making but it's been raining like crazy down here. Thankfully, Cathy saved the day with her wonderful baking plans. Thanks Cathy!!
